Our pricing is based on your store's monthly order volume. To ensure your billing is stable and predictable, your tier is determined by the average number of monthly orders over the last 6 months.

How do you calculate my order volume?
We look at your Shopify store’s total order history over the last 6 months and calculate the monthly average. This prevents a single "busy" month (like Black Friday) from unexpectedly bumping you into a higher permanent tier.
Does "Orders" mean orders generated by the app?
No. The tier is based on the total number of orders processed by your Shopify store.
What happens if I go over my tier limit?
Because we use a 6-month average, your pricing won't fluctuate wildly. If your sustained growth moves you into a new average bracket, for now we are NOT making any pricing change on your behalf.
Is there any setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees, hidden costs, or per-transaction fees. You only pay your monthly subscription based on your tier.
